As our next Corporate Payroll & HRIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our payroll and HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce and Workday. Your expertise will ensure accurate payroll processing and effective HRIS management, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our HR operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.

HRIS Administration: Maintain and optimize the Dayforce and Workday HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll and HR regulations and standards.

Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll and HRIS reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Support & Training: Provide support and training to various stakeholders including HR staff and employees on payroll and HRIS systems.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and HRIS operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in payroll and HRIS management, with extensive experience in Dayforce and Workday.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and HRIS best practices.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.

Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Global Experience: Experience in managing payroll and HRIS in a global environment.
