Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled "Senior" Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and payroll management using tools such as QuickBooks Online, and other accounting software. Our main company has 2 more sister companies and they are all connected. Only senior can control this system.

Duties:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.

- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

- Utilize QuickBooks, and other accounting software for bookkeeping tasks.

- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly.

Skills:

- Proficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and payroll management.

- Experience with , QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members.
