We are looking for an Account’s Payable Administrator with previous oilfield experience. We are a small private oilfield service company. We are looking for the right candidate that works well on your own or with the team.

Job Responsibilites:

Assist with AR-experience with Open Invoice/Cortex would be asset
Assisting with Payroll
Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Employee Orientation
Administer and prepare accounts payable
Processing bi-weekly payments
Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy, completeness, authorization, and compliance
Performing data entry and related duties in processing accounts payable payments
Respond to vendor/client inquiries

Experience:

Accounts payable experience (2-4 years preferred). Willing to train.
**Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy**
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to effectively plan, multitask, and organize
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
