Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and providing support to the finance department.

Duties
- Utilize Deltek Ajera accounting software. Training will be provided if required
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Handle bank reconciliations and payroll processing
- Support the finance team with clerical tasks as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation and analysis
- Knowledge of budgeting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Possess or be eligible to apply for government security clearance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.09-$33.99 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
