We are fun loving, hard-working, life-long learners that enjoy a good challenge. We offer bookkeeping and business advisory services. Taxes aren’t part of our service offering, so we actually love the month of April. No crazy overtime here!

What do you get to do?

This role has the potential to evolve into a Level 4 bookkeeper role if that is something that excites you.

Manage Integration of 3rd Party Apps with QBO. We use Dext which means minimal data entry!
Record accounts payable and receivable transactions
Complete scheduled payroll
Perform monthly account reconciliations
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Generate employee Record of Employee paperwork
Issue annual T4s
Enter year-end adjustments from accountant
Month End Reviews and Financial Reporting
Be on the cutting edge of the industry
Work on multiple clients to have variety

What do you need?

We also need you to have some specific software experience and be skilled in the tools of the trade:

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Experience with Financial Statement preparation and review
An independent personality
Hyper Organized
Excited about Tech
Strong Internet Connection

Please note - this is a remote working opportunity and you can be located anywhere in Canada. Our head office is located in Calgary, Alberta. While being flexible, we are looking for someone to be available 25-40 hrs/week. That being said, if the work is done, enjoy your time off.
