Job Summary
Tree Island is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance / Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for many accounting functions, managing inventory and ordering inventory items, data entry and other finance related tasks. Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable
Accounts receivable customer communications
Order inventory and non-inventory items
Manage inventory levels and communicate with suppliers
Reconcile inventory in ERP system
Data entry for accounts payable & processing payments
Reconcile general ledger

Requirements

Minimum 1-year post-secondary education with a focus on accounting / business management or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
Inventory Management training and/or education an asset
Prior experience with accounting software and accounting best practices
Organized, efficient and detail oriented
Excellent time management
Solid computer skills with experience in all Microsoft Office products with advanced skills in Excel an asset
Experience with ERP type systems preferrable

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
