Duties

Perform weekly/monthly transaction categorizations ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and balances.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Wave, or excel for bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Assist in account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
Collaborate with other team members and clients to gather necessary financial information.

Requirements

Experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes and principles.
Familiarity with accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
