We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other task related to finance in the Construction Industry. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce financial reports and assist accounting firm in producing yearend finical statements.

Responsibilities
-Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow , receipts and other financial dealings of company

- Provide regular financial reports monthly and yearly

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable

-Ensure timely processing of payroll

-Perform bank reconciliations - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis

- Process payroll and maintain payroll records

- Assist with financial reports preparation

Qualifications

- College Certificate or diploma 1-2 year program or equivalent experience

- 3-5 years experience in the Construction Industry

-Proficient in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Outlock, MS Excel and MS Word

- Strong organizational skills, analytical skill, ability to multitask

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
