We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be proficient in Quickbooks Online. This position offers an opportunity to work in a Dealership.

*Responsibilities*

- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

- Assist with accounts recieveable, accounts payable and account analysis

- Prepare HST remittances

- Prepare various account reconciliations as required

- Utilize accounting software quickbooks online for financial transactions

- Maintain historical records by filing documents

- Support budgeting processes and financial reporting

- Collaborate with the finance team on various accounting projects

*Qualifications*

- Accounting Diploma or related field experience preferred

- Proven experience working in an accounting role

- Familiarity with quickbooks accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Ability to analyze financial information effectively

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

- A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
