Bookkeeper Office Assistant

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Bookkeeper where you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting software and a passion for financial management.

Duties:
- Utilize accounting software QuickBooks to record and process financial transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and budgeting activities.
- Support the organization in maintaining financial records and preparing reports.

Experience:
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Desktop, online
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and budgeting processes.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or related roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
