Schwab & Co. is currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team! The job requires bookkeeping for a variety of clients across a number of industries. You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping jobs, as well as client communication and assistance.

Responsibilities:

Contacting clients to request information
Entering data to existing general ledgers
Setting up charts of accounts and general ledgers for new clients
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Training clients in bookkeeping
Answering questions regarding bookkeeping and software

Qualifications:

Good working knowledge of debits and credits
Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
