**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation, and analysis. The Controller also participates in HR duties and IT duties as we are a small organization the Controller can be asked to assist managers in various tasks.

**Duties:**

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- prepare and finalize weekly payrolls as well as necessary payroll reporting

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Designated Professional as a CPA

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation

- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
