Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping and accounting practices, including GST Prep, Payroll Prep, Bank Reconciliations, and all other account reconciliations.
Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient record-keeping.
Conduct account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Assist in budgeting and financial analysis to support organizational goals.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

Proficient in accounting and bookkeeping principles
Experience with payroll processing
Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong skills in accounts payable and receivable
Competent in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
Ability to perform account analysis and budgeting tasks
