Our dental office provides a full range of dental services from hygiene to complex surgeries. We currently have 2 dentists and three specialists ( an endodontist , periodontist and maxillofacial surgeon) . Our mission is to ensure our patients receive the best oral health care possible. Requirements:

Must have 2+ years dental administration experience to be considered
Strong dental knowledge (admin & clinical)
A diploma or degree is preferred, however experience will also be considered
Ability to work a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, some evenings, approx. 32-35 hours per week Monday-Thursday and one weekend day per month, not in summer)

Dental Administrator Responsibilities:

Monitor the dental schedule to plan a optimal day
Submit insurance claims and estimates
Follow-up with insurance companies
Maximize the hygiene schedule
Discuss treatment with patients
Develop and maintain close relationships with staff and patients
Provide exceptional guest services for patients

Hours

Monday 8am-3:30pm

Tuesday 12:30-8pm

Wednesday 11:30am-8pm

Thursday 8am-3:30 pm

One Sunday per month 8am-4pm ( not in the summer or holiday/long weekends)
