We are currently seeing a skilled individual for the position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This position requires a meticulous individual with an understanding of accounting principles and experience in accounts receivables.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining company accounts & managing receivables
Generating customer invoices
Perform clerical/office duties
Maintaining open communication with clients regarding payment plans, outstanding balances and any payment issues
Lead ongoing training for POS system
Respond to client inquiries regarding payments and invoices
Communication for troubleshooting for POS software

Experience and Specialization:

Accounting software
Strong MS Excel skills
Google Docs
Gmail/Outlook
Experience in an accounts receivables role
