We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, the ability to multi-task, and versatility in all Microsoft Office programs. QuickBooks experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence, along with assisting in accounts payable/receivable.
Provide excellent customer and employee service by addressing client/employee needs and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks including managing office supplies and maintaining equipment.
Assist both human resources and dispatch department with clerical duties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems is essential.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
