Job Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Bookkeeper to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in accounting and administration. Duties:

Assist in accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to record financial transactions
Assist with payroll processing
Provide clerical support to the accounting department
Validation and maintenance of WSIB clearance certificates and HST
Data entry into HR management system and attendance and time off software
General administrative duties in filing, scanning and email communications

Requirements:

Strong interest in pursuing a career in bookkeeping and administration
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks)
Solid foundation in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $16.55-$25.33 per hour
