Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Duties:

Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
Assist with budgeting and payroll processes
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Support the team with various accounting tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and manage all bookkeeping tasks using software such as QuickBooks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
