Property Bookkeeper – Full Time

Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island) Properties is seeking a new Team Member. We are looking for a Full Time Property Bookkeeper to join our Parksville team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will provide bookkeeping services to a portfolio of strata/rental properties which will include but not be limited to:

× Monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations;

× Monthly and year-end journal entries, adjustments and accruals;

× Bill payments, strata fee collections and data entry;

× Answering client inquiries through email or phone;

× And support to the Property Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

× Preferred 1 year experience in full-cycle accounting;

× Exceptional organization skills;

× Ability to multi-task and prioritize time;

× Strong communication skills - written and verbal;

× Experience with Condo Manager would be considered an asset;

× Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Permanent full-time – Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30.
