We are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our financial and administrative processes, helping ensure our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Credit Card Reconciliation: Process and reconcile company credit card expenses.
Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices, manage deposits, and handle collections.
Administrative Support: Assist with various office administration tasks and reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with QuickBooks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and basic functions).
Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an industrial or construction-related environment is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
