Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, as well as proficiency in accounting software.

Duties

Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accounts payable records and assist in month-end closing activities.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to payments.
Analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist with the integration of HRIS systems such as UltiPro and ADP for payroll-related entries.
Support accounts receivable functions as needed, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Utilize QuickBooks for tracking payments and managing financial records efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, is essential.
Knowledge of HRIS systems such as UltiPro is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.
