**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledgers

- Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions accurately

- Handle payroll processing accurately and in a timely manner

- Work with accounting systems such as QuickBooks online and desktop a must ,Microsoft excel, Word, Profile tax and other relevant software

- Support the preparation of financial statements

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices

- Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures

- Strong knowledge of accounting software QuickBooks, Profile tax and MS Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
