## Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.

## Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Handle payroll tasks efficiently
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks for financial management
- Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance on administrative procedures

## Requirements
- Proven experience in office management roles
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks, and other accounting software is a plus
