Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, and we will provide all necessary computer equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, including assisting with basic bookkeeping and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general office administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Support team members with administrative needs.
Manage and update company databases and filing systems.
Process and manage basic invoices and expenses.
Provide support for bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Assist in payroll processing by gathering and organizing necessary information.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other external partners for payment processing.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Assist in document development
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Basic experience in bookkeeping and payroll support.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Mac computers and Google Drive software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.25-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
