Job Duties:

Maintain an existing client base of small to large commercial risks which include:

Biweekly payroll
Government remittances such as HST, RST, payroll taxes and corporate taxes
Prepare deposits
Trust and general payables
Bank reconciliations
Prepare RIBO report
Allocate direct bill commissions to each agency

Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience within a small-medium sized business
Previous experience using Applied Epic
Strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail
Previous experience managing payroll
Previous experience working within insurance is a bonus
