Our company is looking for an administrative assistant who is familiar with or interested in immigration applications including Express Entry, CEC, Provincial Nomination Program, Sponsorship, and etc.

Duties:

Assist with drafting and filing clients applications
Request, collect, and organize documents in proper order
Communicate with clients to confirm status and ensure adherence to timelines.
Provide client support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experiences in immigration service related environment
Able to work independently
Must demonstrate ability of paying attention to details
Highly organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi task
Must be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
Have related experience in similar role
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
IELTS Writing 7
