## Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Oversee and conduct payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Manage front desk activities and ensure a professional reception area
- Utilize Sage 50 for financial record keeping

## Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role (at least 5 years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
- Proficiency in using office software applications like Sage 50 and Microsoft
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
