Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to staff and clients alike. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for dental services.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support clerical functions including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes in a dental office setting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Skills

Proficiency in front desk operations with excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Familiarity with computerized systems and office software, particularly Google Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Pay: $21.78-$23.00 per hour
