**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

**Duties:**

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform bank and account reconciliations

- Process payroll and maintain payroll records

- Utilize Quickbooks Online for financial data entry and reporting

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning

- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting

**Experience:**

- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting

- Knowledge of clerical functions related to bookkeeping

**Requirements:**

- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Strong organizational skills to maintain financial records effectively
