Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer at DV8 Energy Inc. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications

Financial Planning and Financial Statements expertise
Strong analytical skills in Finance
Financial Reporting proficiency
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in the Energy sector is a plus
Certifications such as CPA or CFA are beneficial
Cross-Border Experience USA/Canada
Interface with Accounting Firms in both Canada and the USA supporting the business
Contribute financial perspective to strategic planning discussions
Spearhead the automation of accounting workflows and the implementation of a new ERP system as the company transitions away from its early accounting systems.
