We are a growing business looking for an Account payable clerk who is driven, detail-oriented, and has great interpersonal skills. This role is perfect for an individual who is looking to gain corporate experience with a potential for growth and career advancement.

Education requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent)

Experience requirements:

Admin role: 1 year

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Enter all accounts payable (A/P) related invoices accurately and on time.
Create freight purchase orders for machine delivery and unloading.
Handle monthly A/P reconciliation and maintain organized records for A/P documents.
Provide general administrative support to our accounting team as needed.
Receive customer payments on the POS terminal.
Enter warranty credit memos.
Reconcile parts accrual accounts.
Assist the parts department in receiving inventory in CDK as required.
Correct inventory receiving errors for parts inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
