Our busy Ford Store in Carleton Place is looking for a dependable, reliable and numbers focused payables clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Things that need to be done:

Process manual cheques such as; lien payouts, purchases, reimbursements, etc. Prepare stock number and cheque for all used vehicle purchases
Review, balance and post daily cash drawer
Code and enter accounts payable with a monthly cheque run
Reconcile accounts payable and corporate visa statements
Maintain deal and audit folders
Post wholesale and dealer trade deals into the general ledger
Other general office duties such as supply ordering and filing
Ensure compliance with all government, OMVIC, and manufacturer regulations

Proven ability to be Precise, Precise, Precise
Proven sense of urgency with task prioritization
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software such and dealer management softwares
Proficiency in data entry and time management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

PBS expereince

Fast learner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
