BUSCONNEXX INC (BCI) is an innovative and leading Canadian manufacturer and integrator of (WiFi) mobile broadband products serving the transportation, tour bus and livery vehicle industries. BCI is part of the TECHCONNEXX IoT INC group of companies which provides network communication solutions for mobile and remote operations.

We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales RepresentativeOffice Administrator to perform full cycle bookkeeping duties and manage client and vendor accounts.

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, to be discussed

Wage: $17-22 per hour

Job responsibilities include:

· Entering all transactions into accounting software

· Invoicing clients, processing payments, and following up on collections

· Recording and processing vendor invoices

· Managing office filing system: filing bills, receipts, and paperwork

· Monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements

· Providing relevant monthly reports to executives in a timely manner

· Processing payroll through outsourced payroll service provider

· Preparing quarterly HST and WSIB filings

· Preparing year-end working papers for external accountant

· Managing inter-company cash flow

· Other key administrative duties will include:
- managing reverse logistics and orders, shipping / receiving of BCI MobilePoint routers
- preparing analytical reports from database records to assist the Network Management team
- monitor on scheduled intervals NOC data to report anomalies
- handle in-bound calls and routing
- managing vendor purchasing and RMAs

The ideal candidate will possess:

· Experience using an accounting software, preferably Quickbooks Online & Desktop

· Experience filing HST and WSIB, and working with an external accountant

· Experience using a payroll software like Ceridian

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an inquiring mind

· The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with accuracy in a timely manner

· A diploma/degree in accounting or business is considered an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
