## Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software (Simply Accounting/Sage) and a strong understanding of financial processes.

## Duties

- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

- Conduct payroll processing (including unionized workers payroll)

- Utilize Simply Accounting or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks

- Assist with general accounting duties as needed

- Answer and direct incoming businss phone calls

## Experience:

- 3+ years

### Required Skills:

- Proficiency in account reconciliation

- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Strong clerical skills

### Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Prior experience as a bookkeeping clerk
