We are currently hiring a part-time bookkeeper to work on data entry, financials preparation, budget planning, and tax returns.

Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Accounting
1-2 year of past experience in accounting or the same position
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel) and accounting software

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Perform data entry and preparation of General Ledger
Month-end reconciliation, and prepare reports
Attention to details, attending calls and dealing professional with client
Calculate monthly, quarterly and annual GST amount and performing reasonability test
Posting journal entries, and year end closing adjustments
Other duties and related jobs

Experience required

- CaseWare and Caseview, Profile (intuit software), QuickBooks, Tax-Prep, Microsoft office Excel and work.
