*Job Summary*

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our client in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

*Duties*

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation activities

- ERP

- Cash receipts

-Posting Purchase Orders

- Assist in financial auditing processes

- Manage accounts receivable functions

- Manage accounts payable functions

- Perform bank reconciliations

- Support corporate finance activities

- Provide clerical support to the accounting department

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience as an Accounting Administrator or in a similar role

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel

- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
