Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This junior position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with internship/co-op experience, particularly those with a background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections. Local candidates from Waterloo and Richmond Hill are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage timely collection of accounts in assigned portfolio, ensuring accurate customer information is maintained.
Resolve collections disputes and reconcile accounts within your portfolio.
Keep up-to-date with changes in collection practices and processes.
Evaluate the collectability of disputed items and flag accounts at risk before 90 days past due.
Collaborate with team members to support collections activity across portfolios and achieve cash flow targets.

Top Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus
