A busy Burnaby Property Management Company needs a detail oriented payable clerk for a full time position. Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Inputting invoices and processing of payments for vendors
Responding to queries from agents/property managers, owners/tenants and vendors
Producing various reports as required
Maintaining the database of contractor information

This person should be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager software, dealing with multiple bank accounts and previous property management experience would be an asset, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant and candidates with the correct aptitude for this position are encouraged to apply. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.
