We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position. This is a remote position – you will be providing virtual support to our lawyers in Vancouver and Kelowna from your home office (we will provide you with office equipment). While this position is entirely remote, you must be located in B.C.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a law firm is preferred
Prior experience in administrative roles is required
Excellent client service skills
Highly organized and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Strong analytical skills
The usual attributes that make a person successful in life: thoughtfulness, attention to detail, kindness, ability to communicate, and a desire to continuously improve

Responsibilities:

Client intake through phone calls and emails
File management (opening / closing files, uploading documents, etc.)
Scheduling appointments
Collecting / processing payments
Accounts receivable tasks
Arranging pickups / deliveries
Assisting lawyers with organizing practices and schedules
Assisting our Operations Manager and Paralegal with administrative tasks
