Join our growing team! Amico Patient Care is currently seeking an accounts payable ( please note: this is not Junior role). Lots of learning growth and potentials also great ERP system and super great team to work with.

SUMMARY
Responsible for verifying, matching and posting invoices, issue payment, subledger analysis exc.

Primary Responsibilities:

Freight and Brokerage Bills processing
Vendors invoice matching/ posting exc.
Matching PO/GRD;
EFT/Wire (bi-weekly) vendors payment;
Labor analysis reports for the month-end
Reconciliation of accounts payable & accrual liabilities on regular basis
assist with payroll processing as required
Other tasks assigned by accounting director

Job Requirements:

Fast-learner (fast work paced working environment)
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company
Experience with SAP is an asset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to manage relationships with vendors and co-workers to ensure vendor satisfaction.
Must be logical, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
At least 3 years accounts payable experience. Please note: this is not Junior position;
Accounting diploma is a must
Be professional and good work ethics, can work well with team, good personalities, strong time management skills

Experience:

AP: 3 year (Required)
SAP( preferred)
