As a AP Analyst you will be responsible for managing AP process.

Responsibilities:

Match vendor invoices with the PO in Deacom and Concur and enter invoice into Deacom
Maintain receiving paperwork
Upload copies of the invoices into Deacom
Issue payments according to the vendor terms
Match invoices to the payment
Reconcile vendor statements on monthly basis
Act as first line contact with vendors regarding billing problems.
Maintain Enter invoices into Manage accounts payable
Make arrangements for payment of outstanding and late accounts.
Participate in the monthly system close process and the reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers
Assist with the annual audit requests

Education: Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or in related fields

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $57,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
