Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Wage negotiable based on experience and credentials.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Utilize Sage 50 accounting software to record transactions and generate reports
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

- CRA and WCB remittances
- Payroll processing

Skills:
- Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Sage 50 accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
