Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments. This role requires proficiency in ERP accounting software and strong data entry skills to maintain financial records accurately.

Duties

Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Assist in the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of payments.
Support payroll processing by providing necessary documentation related to accounts payable.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
Proven experience with major ERP systems is required.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
